At the July 9, 2019, meeting of the Board, the Board approved a motion to rescind prior banking resolutions and to authorize new Res. 19-15 (Exhibit A) in which Mr. Frederick (then Interim Administrator) and Prevention Services Director Nancy Furness were appointed as authorized signers on the District’s bank and investment accounts. At the end of July 2020, Ms. Furness retired as Prevention Services Director. Other changes in District leadership include: Mr. Frederick’s appointment from interim to Administrative Officer, the hiring of Environmental Health Director Ragina Gray in March 2020, and the open Prevention Services Director position filled by PS Acting Director Ms. Katie Curtis in October 2020.

It is recommended by staff to approve Res. 20-25 (Exhibit B) rescinding the prior resolution and authorizing Mr. Frederick as the primary signer on bank and investment accounts, with backup signers Ms. Gray and Ms. Curtis.
