| | | | | | | | | Background | Since 1988 jurisdictions and agencies in Snohomish County have collaborated in a countywide, multi-jurisdictional task force to address illegal drug trafficking in the region. The Health District signed a letter of intent in 2016 (Exhibit A) to participate with the task force through an interlocal agreement. The current ILA (Exhibit B) continues this partnership into 2021 and confirms the Health District’s support of the task force as it continues to combat drug trade in the county. There is no cost to the Health District to participate. The ILA has been reviewed by Grant Weed, legal counsel. |
