Sid Roberts was appointed to the Public Health Advisory Council in 2016 representing the business sector. He served as the Council chair in 2019 and has been a dedicated member of the PHAC, assisting Health District staff on the vape code and community health assessments. Mr. Roberts is an active member of his community, serving as a City of Stanwood councilmember, and in that role also serves on the Community Transit board. He’s the owner of The Roberts Realty Group; however, because of his other obligations, he decided to step off the PHAC in order to give the opportunity to represent the business sector to another connected business layperson. Chair Korey MacKenzie and Chair Elect Lisa George appreciate Mr. Roberts’ volunteer service on the PHAC and request the Board adopt Res. 21-02 to express their appreciation as well.
