| | | | | | | | Background | Amy Beth Cook, Ed. D., was appointed to the Public Health Advisory Council in 2013 representing the education sector. As the Superintendent for the Lake Stevens School District, Dr. Cook has made important and lasting contributions to the residents of Snohomish County with her unique perspective and understanding of public health and the health of our children. Dr. Cook is beginning her adventures in retirement and is therefore stepping down from the PHAC. Chair Lisa George and Chair-Elect Jeff Clarke appreciate Dr. Cook’s volunteer service on the PHAC and request the Board adopt Res. 21-12 to express their appreciation as well. |
