Public comment will be received the following ways:

• In person at the Rucker Building auditorium located at 3020 Rucker Ave., Everett, WA 98201;
• Virtually via the Zoom meeting platform; or
• By submitting written comments at least two hours prior to the start of the meeting by emailing the Board Clerk at sdejong@snohd.org. Comments received will be read aloud as part of the "Public Comment" section on the agenda.
