BOARD OF HEALTH STAFF REPORT () July 12, 2022 Executive Session The Snohomish Health District Board of Health will recess and convene into Executive Session for the purposes of personnel matter pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to review the performance of a public employee, pending litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), and to discuss with legal counsel the legal risk of a potential action pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii). Executive Session is expected to last up to 10 minutes. Unless extended to a later time, the Board will reconvene into regular session at ____ p.m. and may take possible action.
