| | | | | | | | Background | At the November 10, 2020, meeting of the Board, the Board approved a motion to rescind prior banking resolutions and to authorize new Res. 20-25 (Exhibit A) in which Mr. Frederick was appointed as the primary signer on bank and investment accounts, with Prevention Services Director Katie Curtis, and Environmental Health Director Ragina Gray as backup signers. In April 2022, Ms. Pamela Aguilar was made the Deputy Administrative Officer for the Health District.
It is recommended by staff to approve Res. 22-24 (Exhibit B) rescinding the prior resolution and authorizing Mr. Frederick as the primary signer on bank and investment accounts, with backup signers Ms. Gray, Ms. Curtis, and Ms. Aguilar. |
