| | | | | | | | | Background | | In December 2012, the Board of Health passed Resolution 12-36, setting the fee for hearing examiner services (Exhibit A). As its been ten years since that resolution was passed, staff are presenting a new resolution (Exhibit B) that increases the maximum amount that can be paid for these services from $125 to $200. These services are needed on occasion for the Environmental Health division as part of the appeal process. |
