| | | | | | | | Background | The District has been a partner with the Department of Social and Health Services for the provision of refugee health screening services (Exhibit A). This amendment (Exhibit B) extends the agreement an additional year, making the total contract period October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2023. It also increases the total amount of the contract by $300,000 which brings the total amount to $810,000. A breakdown of the contract amounts are as follows:
2020 – 2021: $230,000
2021 – 2022: $280,000
2022 – 2023: $300,000
TOTAL: $810,000
