| | | | | | | | | Background | The Washington State Department of Health has created a new category of birth certificate specifically for stillborn births. They are tracking this category separately, and have set the vital record fee the same as all other birth certificates at $25. In order to comply with State requirements, we need to create an additional fee in our Vital Records fee schedule specifically for stillborn birth certificates. |
