This agreement provides a process for partially reimbursing the District for allowable and reaonable expenses associated with time spent performing Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) activities. In 2017, the total reimbursement for MAC activities was $69,810, and through June 30, 2018, the Districit is on pace to exceed that result having been reimbursed $49,244 to date. The current contract expires on December 31, 2018.

Upon approval by both parties, the agreement (Exhibit A) will commence January 1, 2019, and terminate December 31, 2020, consistent with all applicable terms and provisions.
