On 10/26/2022, Ordinance 22-061 was approved that revised Snohomish County Code to establish a new health department within Snohomish County government's organizational structure. Section 2.300.130 of that codes states: "The board of health shall meet the third Tuesday in January as its first regular meeting of the year, to be held at 3:00 p.m. The board of health shall meet the second Tuesday of each month from February through December of every year." 

Further revisions to that section of code are currently being considered that would allow Board of Health members to establish the date and time of the regular meeting. In anticipation of this, Health Department staff are requesting the Board of Health members identify a regular date and time to hold the regular meeting in the future.
