The draft work plan is based on identified needs for continued transition and establishment of the Health Department and Snohomish County Board of Health. This attached draft work plan (Exhibit A) identifies items anticipated to be brought forth to the Board of Health during 2023, along with a tentative monthly schedule for when specific activities will be discussed.
The draft work plan is subject to change during the course of the year. Emerging issues, staff capacity, and/or unexpected work items may result in an adjustment to the plan accordingly.
Work plans have generally been adopted by the Board of Health over the past few years; however, last year one was not adopted.
