Each year the Board of Health develops a work plan with the intent of having a document that is not too prescriptive. The goal of the work plan is to determine sufficient topical detail for the Board to plan and inform prioritization of topics.
To begin framing the work plan Board Administrator Thomsen has met with several department leadership to understand their needs and anticipated requests for the coming year.
The drafted work plan (Exhibit A) requires Board input prior to adoption.
