| | | | | | | | | Background | This is an ordinance that amends Snohomish County Board of Health Code (SCBHC) sections 1.20.020 and 1.20.070. The purpose of this ordinance is to bring the Code into compliance with state law by:
- Extending administrative appeal rights of certain health department actions;
- Clarifying that state law/regulations govern in the event of a conflict; and
- Revising burden of proof language.
These are minor code revisions and this ordinance does not change or impact the enforcement options discussion brought to the Board in June and July. |
