In October 2017, the Board of Health approved Res. 17-24 adopting its rules of procedure for the conduct of business of the Board. In February 2018, the Board adopted Res. 18-03 (Exhibit A) amending its rules of procedure to include telephonic participation of Board members.
Section VIII of the amended rules of procedure stipulate a periodic Board review with a recommendation that it be reviewed in January of odd-numbered years. The rules may be amended at any time the Board deems necessary.
The Board received the amended rules of procedure at its January 8 meeting, and agreed to discuss any potential changes or updates at its February 12 Board meeting. No official Board action is required.
