| | | | | | | | | Background | The Health District offers to pay conference fees and travel expenses for Board members interested in attending the annual conference for the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH). This year, three Board members expressed interest in attending: Sam Low, Linda Redmon, and Shirley Sutton.
Conference cost is $450 per person, and hotel accommodations are $189/per night (special group rate). Air travel is currently around $350 per person. Per diem meals are reimbursed at $15 for breakfast, $16 for lunch, and $28 for dinner (for meals not provided by the conference). |
