Tamie Kellogg and Jay Watson of KelloggWatson, LLP, will facilitate a strategic planning work session from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the Board of Health. The purpose of the work session is to discuss input gathered by KelloggWatson from the community and stakeholders, to conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and identify areas for potential strategic shifts, and solicit input on the Health District vision.
