The communicable disease supervisor position was vacated on October 25, 2019. This position supervises the Communicable Disease Surveillance and Response, HIV, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and Viral Hepatitis Outreach programs. The individual oversees prevention and response activities and deliverables for the legal mandates of each program.

The position is budgeted in 2020 for $126,418. The cost of hiring a new employee should not exceed that amount and, depending upon the individual’s work experience, may have a small cost savings. 

MOVE TO authorize the Interim Administrator to approve filling a vacant, budgeted position for a full-time communicable disease supervisor.
